Aldo was excellent at helping us extremely quickly buy a new house at an affordable rate, move our stuff out of our old house, get our old house spruced up and staged, put on the market and get it sold at a good price. This was all done in a few weeks time on a very tight schedule. Aldo's team is extremely responsive. I can't stress that enough. Aldo knows so many people in the trades, can get ahold of them pretty much instantly and they showed up right away, followed through and got work done immediately. Aldo "knows a guy" for pretty much everything you might need to renovate, repair, and improve for your house to go on the market. And that "guy (or gal)" shows up right away and works very hard in your home with no wasted time and with respect for your family and belongings. It was also a blessing to be able to borrow Aldo's van to help move odd items as needed. He helped more than we ever imagined a real estate agent would. 10/10. Zero complaints!
