My partner and I have been with Gil as tenants since January 2020, renting two different properties throughout that time. I am very impressed by them. Everyone is not only attentive but also pleasant to communicate with. The properties we have moved into have always been very clean and in good condition, the rental rate has been fair (though I know that's probably more to do with the owner too), and even if there is a minor issue, they are quick to respond. From the nightmare stories I have heard with other property management companies and landlords, Gil has been completely the opposite and amazing to be with. They also lay out their expectations for moving out very clearly, which made it easy for me to know what to do as far as cleaning and such went when I moved out of the first rental into the second one, enabling me to receive the full damage deposit back.Kristi, Jen, Jocelynn, and everyone are professional and reasonable. Overall, a great company to rent a home from.

Huge Shout-Out to everyone at GIL Property Management for their top-notch customer service and professionalism. My wife and I have been working with Gil for almost 20 years now with multiple properties. Everyone at Gil has chipped in to provide well rounded Property Management services from end to end. They helped us to setup our units, find tenants, screen them, put all the logistics in place, deal with all matters including repairs, maintenance, and accounting services. They also provide us with routine updates and access through their web-platform. They are responsive to all our inquires and treat our tenants with respect. Gil helped us through difficult times as well, including handling our rental units while we were living abroad, and also tenants moving in and out during the Covid pandemic. I don't know.. really, I don't know.. what I would have done without them!

I should also note that we recently decided to sell one of our rental units. We asked Gil if they could help us with that, too.. and did they ever. They helped us with upgrading the unit, listing it, and selling it in less than a week!

Great service all around.. I highly recommend Gil Management.
