I lived 11 years in the Edmonton region. I spent two years living at Giroux. I wish I would've find that place earlier.
Beautiful location and the On-site team is exceptional. They answer their phone 24/7 and will fix any issues you have in couple days if not the same day. The building maintenance is also exceptional, they are very luxurious apparaments and they keep it that way. The location is Awesome, theres a pedestrian path that leds all the way to downtown St.albert passing through Lacome park to access the dog park and fishing pond.

The bad points : It gets hooter than the 9th circle of hell in these apparaments. And the roads are poorly maintained by the city in winter.

I decided to downsize to an apt ( 1 Bedroom) I looked at different properties.. Giroux Estates had the most amazing layout for a one bedroom. A lot of space and comfort. An amazing kitchen ( All modern) and a beautiful entertaining area. To make that even better The on site management are amazing people ( with great accents) Repairs are done quickly, They greet you with warmth and respect, and they listen to you and work with you . The building is quiet and CLEAN! Tenants are friendly and someone always has a hello for you . In my opinion I give Giroux Estates a 10/10

Giroux Estates is most definitely more than a condo building. It is a home and a community in itself. Dale and Randy, the onsite property management team, make you feel like family, and are always there to help. The building is incredibly safe, due to their watchful eye. We would have stayed forever, but it was time to purchase a larger home and expand our family.

This is by far the best apartment to live in St Albert. The managers (Dale and Randy) are absolutely amazing! I ALWAYS felt safe, and that I was living in an upscale condo! Prices are more than fair, and Dale and Randy really make the place “your home.” Thank you Dale and Randy for everything you did for me!!

The management is this bulding are good. They do the best with the tools that are given. I appreciate how hard they work to protect the comfort of the masses even if it sometimes go a little overboard. Overall they are wonderful people that want the best for everyone and the building.

As for the building itself. The bulding is new and the units are nice. You do pay a little bit of a premium to live here but the quality of the bulding and the location make up for it in my opinion.

Some of the downsides I see to the building is the landscapers and construction. The landscapers come at 7am to mow and it only affects the people on the main floor. The constitution is on the lot next to us and it is definitely annoying when you are trying to have a quiet day.

Overall I would have no issues recommending this place and Im definitely enjoying my time here.

Dail if you see this! Just know i really appreciate you and your husband for all the long hours and hard work you do. I also appreciate how upfront you are. It takes a strong person to be completely upfront and honest. I wish you guys the best in life!

I moved into Giroux Estates, St. Albert, AB last winter, and made a second move within this two building complex in June 2019. I soon learned that Realstar has an excellent management team here. As a retired CEO, I understand the challenges of dealing with often complex issues in the management environment.
On several occasions I drew on the time and energy of Dale and Randy and Harry and Sandra. Without fail they quickly responded to my needs, always doing so in a gracious and effective way. They work as a team as far as I can see, and each one brings outstanding work ethic to the task at hand. For me this has occurred without fail several times, and often with a nice touch of humour – in my view, all four have very good interpersonal skills.
I feel I have landed in a very fine place to live!!

We lived at in the condos for 2 years and we had a very good experience during our stay. Dale is a very accomodating and understanding person.
A big thank you for making our stay so comfortable
