I have lived in GK3 apartments in Prescott for 16 years. The owners were different but the quality of maintenance has always been excellent. I have had very few issues in my apartment but when I have it has always been handled as soon as possible.
The buildings are very clean and well maintained and the tenants have always been treated with respect.
I highly recommend renting an apartment from the GK3 Group

I stayed at GK3 apartment in Prescott for about 7 months. I needed a place to stay while I was in transition. I enjoyed my stay there. It was a calm place, the other tenants were kind, quiet and respectful of others.

I had once a water leak behind my toilet, and they fixed it within a few days (like 1 or 2 business days). I don’t think the opportunity will come again, but if I would need to stay there again, I would consider it for sure.

Great property & location, easily walk to many amenities in the area as well as taxi service. Dhar is very quick to address any issues should they arise. I rented a two bedroom apartment for many years from the GK3 Group they have been very prompt and professional. Units are affordable and well maintained.

I was nervous striking out on my own in an apartment and GK3 put me at ease. The property manager is very accessible, responsive, and reasonable. The units are well maintained inside and out.

Prescott is a neat small town with essential services and access to more in Brockville, Kingston, or Ottawa.

The Property and Operations Managers communicate clearly and generally seem to be doing their best to maintain the apartments and quickly address any issues or concerns a tenant may have.

I started renting with GK3 Group back in 2015 and it has been one of the best rental experiences I have ever had. The properties are managed exceptionally well and support is always available on the off chance that something doesn't seem right. Any issues I brought forward were addressed immediately and the units are all kept in great shape. Would definitely recommend renting one of their places!!

I rented a 3 bedroom apartment from the GK3 Group about a year ago. I have been very pleased with the apartment itself, the location and in particular the maintenance done by the landlord. Recently there was an issue with the central air conditioning. The landlord immediately brought in a floor AC unit as a temporary replacement and within days had replaced the central AC unit with a new one. His quick response was greatly appreciated during the recent heat wave. I’m very impressed with the company and highly recommend them for any renters out there.
