We had a wonderful experience with Glenview Homes! From the very beginning, Jamie warmly welcomed us at the model home and took the time to walk us through every detail. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful in answering all of our questions.

Later, when we visited the office to make our first payment, we had the pleasure of meeting Cristina. She was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. Both Jamie and Cristina were consistently responsive and supportive via email throughout the process, which made everything smooth and stress-free.

Glenview Homes has truly exceeded our expectations — their homes are beautifully designed, with thoughtful layouts and a real sense of quality and care. We truly feel like we’ve found our dream home.

An Amazing Homebuying Journey with Glenview Homes!

Our experience with Glenview Homes has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning of our homebuying journey to the final closing, every step was filled with professionalism, transparency, and warmth.

From the initial sales experience with Jamie and his team, to the design appointments with Nichole, customer service interactions with one and only Krista, who is one of the best customer service people I've ever seen...always prompt and accessible for exceptional and seamless support and her team member, AL , who is such a warm and amazingly handy person (a magician), and construction updates and support from Chris and Cindy—every single team member we dealt with was outstanding. They were approachable, responsive, and truly cared about delivering a great experience.

We purchased the Emerson End Unit and incorporated a few custom design changes, and we are thrilled with the outcome. The quality of construction is up to the mark, and Glenview’s attention to detail really shows.

Our home is in Succession Court, which is shaping into a beautiful, welcoming community. We’re excited about the future here and feel fortunate to have wonderful neighbors.

We purchased a Glenview home in Flagstaff in August 2023, and it’s been a series of ongoing headaches ever since.
Worth mentioning that Sales Centre experience with Jamie and design centre with Nicole was the best, have no complaints for them. its the after closing and quality of the work and customer service is one of the worst.

Within 30 days, we faced multiple minor issues—but the real problems began after moving in. A major water leak in the basement exposed poor plumbing and construction. Instead of properly replacing soaked drywall and insulation, Glenview just dried, patched, and painted over the damage. Water also travelled through the walls and flooring—yet no steps were taken to replace compromised insulation.

Months later, another leak occurred in the master ensuite. Glenview initially blamed “wear and tear” rather than owning up to a clear plumbing fault.

The front porch grading was poorly done—rather than adding proper steps, they dumped landfill to pass code. It has since settled unevenly. The garage is unusable for a vehicle because they added internal stairs due to poor grading, making vehicle access impossible.

This is more than just bad luck—it’s a pattern of shoddy workmanship, negligent fixes, and poor customer service. I’m not alone; many neighbors are facing similar issues tied to Glenview’s construction and BE Plumbing’s work.

It’s been an awesome journey working with the Glenview team. From start to finish, the team has been nothing but fantastic.

A special mention to Ellen and Jamie throughout the purchasing process and Chris the assistant superintendent from the construction team - Chris has been a great support since the PDI, helping get everything rectified and even going above to help with stuff he didn’t have to do.
