Golden Gate Torbram Plaza – Just okay, nothing special
This plaza is decent for quick stops. There’s a grocery store, a few food places, barber shops, and some other small businesses. Parking is usually available and the location is convenient if you live nearby.

But honestly, the place feels a bit old and not very well-maintained. Not many good store options, and the vibe isn’t the best. Also heard of a few incidents like thefts and safety issues in or around the plaza, so that’s something to be aware of.

Good for quick errands, but not a place you’d go out of your way for.

Golden Gate Torbram Plaza is a fantastic neighborhood spot! Located at Sandalwood Parkway and Torbram, it may be a small strip plaza, but it packs a punch with a variety of stores catering to all our daily needs. Whether you're stopping by the National Bank for financial errands, grabbing a sweet treat at Dairy Queen, visiting the doctor’s office, or picking up prescriptions at the pharmacy, this plaza has you covered.

The Indian grocery store is a gem, offering fresh produce and authentic ingredients, making cooking at home much more convenient. Plus, the diverse selection of restaurants means there’s always something delicious to try. It’s a great place to have nearby, with a welcoming atmosphere and convenient services all in one place. Highly recommend it to anyone in the area looking for a quick and efficient shopping experience.

This is my 3rd visit to this location since we moved into this area. All 3 visits have been during Covid. They seem to be following protocols. It's reasonably clean, not the nicest of the locations in town but the closest for me today as well as from home. After getting turned around and lost for almost an hour I was really really looking forward to a Dairy Queen hotdog. To be specific, a Bacon Cheesedog with ketchup and relish... unfortunately they didn't have any onions lol. With Covid you can't sit in and eat, so I sat outside at the bus shelter bench to enjoy it. When DQ gets a hotdog right it's a treat for me. Sadly this wasn't it. This location always makes them so hot if not given a bag you burn your hand and they stay this hot for a long while. I open the box to find it smothered in ketchup and relish dripping off both ends with no cheese or bacon to be seen. Even several bites in there's barely any cheese to see or taste and I could only see and detect 2 tiny scraps of bacon crumble. I know it's just a hotdog but it was just a messy disappointment. Most of it dripped onto my clothes, jacket and purse. I can't say the previous ones I've had here were much better. I think I'll stick to something more reliable like an Orange Julius or Blizzard here. Hope you have better luck if you try this location. I definitely recommend the location at Queen and Centre...best location for me in my 29 yrs living in Brampton...I miss it.

Few but a good mix of shops and businesses that offer a good range of Indian grocery, pizza, ice cream, pharmacy, salon, corner store, and dental care all within the plaza. There's natively a lot of traffic with multiple vehicles entering and existing the plaza, with small spaces and tight turns, one has to be extra cautious. Apparently, it is a famous stop for high schoolers grabbing lunch and drinks at the store.... the time when the traffic is on its peak.

This little plaza could use a face lift. It does look run down which makes the stores a little daunting to go into. But at the convenience store, the man was extremely kind.
