The owner and manager are very responsive, they worked with flexibility around the circumstances of my move in. I originally viewed a lease for June although my old lease was expiring in July, they offered me an available unit in July. Which was extremely helpful and worked out to be a lot more convenient for me. When I moved in everything was cleaned and freshly painted, they had also installed new blinds and washed the carpets. In my experience the neighbours are very friendly and happy people and the area is safe and secure.
With many essential stores and schools within walking distance too.
I would highly recommend!

Goldstone only incorporates residential tenancy act rules when it is convenient for them and will benefit them financially. They are slow at providing maintenance, they refuse to take care of safety things such as electrical problems and they claim that prior tenants either didn’t mention that something was broken or mislead them in some way.
