We had a few expected bumps during the process but I am pleased to say Gordon worked with us from the start and we developed a great relationship for the sale of our home. We were relocated to Kamloops due to a job offer, and because of the quick turn around to get the house up and on the market, Gordon directly worked with us to take care of deficiencies and completed some repairs himself. Gordon also lined up trades to complete required repairs and also set up us with a designing/staging company which was a huge help with the sale of the house. Communication was never an issue as Gordon was always available to us and a let us know when he was away. We knew that the Calgary Market place was tight and extremely competitive and Gordon gave us the direction and market evaluation that would ensure a quick and fair sale. I am happy to report that our house sold and closed within 40 days of the listing date. This is an extraordinary feat given the market conditions at the time. I believe this was a combination of a good product (top valued house for the price point) and Gordon’s hard work staging, marketing and educating the buyers of the house’s value and desirable location. Gordon always had showings booked and gave our house continuous market exposure.
We would like to state that Gordon was and is an outstanding Realtor for us during our house sale and closing. I would highly recommend Gordon for a Realtor in the Calgary market place.

I am extremely thankful that a friend connected us with Gordon. We've worked with a few realtors this last year and I can say with confidence, that we have found our realtor for all future transactions and it's Gordon, hands down. He was super quick to get our condo on the market as soon as I gave the green light. He listed and sold our very average condo unit in 10 days and the same units in the same building sat stale for an average of 65 days on market. He managed to negotiate and sell fully furnished which we were incredibly excited for as we were moving to a new city & province in which we already owned a fully furnished home. This sale was literally best case scenario.

Gordon has been amazing! He was recommended to us by a friend and I'm so glad we have had the opportunity to work with him. He looks at the good and bad in homes and stays completely honest on the properties. We are first time buyers so needless to say we had no idea of what we were getting into but Gordon helped us through, always being available for us, even late into the evening. We have been in the market for 10 days and were able to close on a house; that has to say enough right there on Gordon's experience and expertise!
