Gosia was my mom's agent for selling her home. She realized very quickly that this move was going to be difficult and overwhelming for my mom. Gosia handled the sale of moms home with such compassion and professionalism. She prepared an in-depth market analysis which really helped to decide the asking price.Her photographer did an amazing job of making the home look appealing on the listing. She held two showings the first day of the listing and my mom had 2 viable offers that same day. One of them actually followed through and the house sold.
We thought this was going to be a difficult process but Gosia made it effortless. I would highly recommend Gosia.

We talked with a few different agents before deciding to go with Gosia and it was an easy decision, we all just clicked. Unlike the other agents that barely gave any attention to the house and threw a number on it Gosia took her time and walked the entire house taking notes on her clipboard. Before giving us a price she then did a current market analysis to zero in on the best price to list our house at. Gosia then had Simon come and take photos of the house inside and out and an aerial view with the drone and a walkthrough video. Gosia has been with us the entire time to answer any questions and has went above and beyond, I swear she doesn't sleep. If you are looking for an agent to represent you during the sale or purchase of your home give Gosia a call you won't regret it.
