Few days ago, I went with my family to visit 100 Gowan Ave. We were welcomed by Kurt, who is nothing but a very friendly and professional agent. He showed us the two bedroom apartment we were interested in along with all the building amenities. He was very knowledgeable answering all asked questions. Given that we were always living in East York, 100 Gowan Ave is a very clean building with great amenities and renovated apartments. We really loved the apartment and decided to apply for it. At this stage, Kurt assisted us with every single detail and was very helpful. The process was really easy to complete and we received an approval. We are excited to move in soon and call 100 Gowan Ave our new home.

I walked into the leasing office at 100 Gowan ave to have a general idea of price and space for a one bedroom apartment. The leasing specialist, Mona Kheraj, was extremely helpful not only in providing the information and walking me through the process of the application but she also took the time to physically show me the current available spaces for rent in her buildings. I am thankful for her time and patience and was impressed with the general good maintenance of the building.

Simply because the rental experience here went far beyond my expectations. This is my first time renting an apartment, so naturally, I encountered certain challenges and confusion. But Jazzlyne, who guided me through the rental process, made everything incredibly smooth. She spent two days showing me all the apartment options here and helped me find exactly the right price within my budget that perfectly suited my living needs.
