I have been reading reviews, and this one stands out the most.

The part that stands out the most to me is "those who stand up to his twisted and selective rules". That was the first one, but lately, I have also been questioning some of the financial irregularities. First time in over twelve years in this strata, that we have ever run a deficit, and GP still proposed an 8% increase... Not to mention, giving council a quote for snow removal from a contractor, and then not questioning why the invoice was over three times the amount, and THEN paid it, without consulting our treasurer, or ANYONE on council.

If you have stood up to GP, and then become president of your council, don't expect to get any correspondence from them. or even responses to emails sent.

If you are considering GP.....please RUN....as fast as you can!

If GP replies with "no record of any correspondence from me"......this will get interesting!

No option for zero stars. This company (at least the man i was dealing with) was extremely rude, with zero consideration made for certain circumstances. My vehicle was towed away with NO consideration for my circumstance. It took me hours after calling around and asking friends and other management companies just to find out that they were the management company for my complex. The vehicle was also towed without me knowing, discovering the next day that my vehicle was gone. Incredibly pompous man on the phone. Would definitely not recommend using them as a management company OR living in a complex that they manage. your issues will not be considered unless you are on the strata council yourself!

Having had to suffer the abject misery caused by Grace Point Strata Management Inc and its owner Tom Semper, I'm fortunate to have since spoken to many residents and former residents of two of the properties he supposedly ran, and now know that the despicable treatment I and those I shared the property with who equally suffered his malice, suffered a pattern of behaviour he exhibited to many in more than one property of the course of his management.

Apart from the systematic and malicious bullying that myself and others have suffered, his bullying or foreigners/tenants and the hostile and self serving committee he uses to drive people out is just scratching the surface.

Myself and others are now pursuing these matters further to ensure that he doesnt subject others to the appalling treatment many have already endured at the hands of Grace Point Management.

Never resort to this management. They are terrible to deal with in the first place. I would recommend another reputable one instead! Yes, No record because the said property was under the name of my partner. Why would people rate you almost zero star including me if we didn't had to deal with such an experience!?
