Phil is a brilliant and outstanding agent! He just helped my husband and I buy our first home and we will definitely return to him if / when we decide to buy again. Being first time home buyers, we were a little overwhelmed, however, Phil made the whole experience very enjoyable. He was always available for questions, big or small, and eased our minds when we had concerns. He took the time to learn about us and what we were looking for in a home. We moved to this area from another province knowing very little about the area. I was dealing with Philip Grainger for weeks via texts and phone calls prior to our arrival and he was such a pleasure to work with, very patient, understanding and above all else very kind!! Everything was in place for us when we arrived and all worked out perfectly! He was the consummate professional at all times. We had had some negative experience with Real Estate agents in the past while selling our home which had soured us a little on the profession to the extent that we had planned to do any transactions here on our own and was a little skeptical about using an agent. Meeting Philip changed all of that for us. From day one we felt that our best interests were his top concern and remained such all the way through our dealings with him and continue to be so.
