Beautiful layouts and design, but they seemed to have cut some major corners when it comes to certain trades and finishing touches. Several of our door handles have just fallen off randomly (easy fix but unexpected in a new home) and there is no way the walls in our home were painted properly. The “paint” job was horrible and done so cheaply, chips and flakes so easily and looks streaky and thin when the sunlight hits. A friend who paints for a living said it looks like primer was used, not actual paint. Our flooring has been fixed multiple times - continues to have soft spots and needs repair yet again. Our unit’s deck was supposed to be a certain size, and it was several feet smaller and no one told us when we picked it. Downside to buying before they were built I guess but there seems to be a loophole for all of this. They are expensive to heat and cool - no central air and electric heat. Considering the over half a million price tag for a new home, I expected better and will do better in our research and purchasing next time round.

They look nice, but it's obviously cheap labour and materials going into their developments. And their warranty is pretty pitiful. Not a bad first home and I've definitely learned to be more picky when buying a new home.

Quality built homes by this developer. Completion date was as planned, friendly and helpful sales team and overall a wonderful experience purchasing a home from them.
