I’m so glad I sold my property that was managed by Gramercy. The staff are rude, particularly Danielle the owner. She couldn’t get along with anyone including our board. Making negative comments about reviews says it all. Interesting that there are no other ratings except ones and fives. This should be a red flag to anyone who wants to hire this business.
I have never in my total career,,encountered such unprofessional business practises as I have witnessed with this company. I will now wait for Danielle to make a negative comment about myself regarding my resignation from the Board of Directors. I simply couldn’t take the unprofessional behavior displayed by the owner. Gramercy gave their notice to Meadow Lane condominium Corporation. Wise move.

If i can give a zero star i will. Whenever you hear Gramercymg please take to your heels, these people are worst set of building management, they are wicked, rude, very rude, Danielle and Alysha are horrible, i know they will soon come to insult or deny me as they have been saying to people. their customer service is so awful, you need to change that lady! guess they cant see any wrong in her not been professional because they act the same way.

I had a great experience renting from Gramercy. Danielle, Dan and Alyssa were wonderful to deal with. They always responded in a timely manner and dealt with any issues that arose. Very happy with their service and I would rent from them again.

Thank goodness for Alyssa and Gramercy Management Group. If it wasn't for these people, I would not have found a safe, appropriate and convenient place to live. Alyssa took the time to understand and help me with my situation. Their application process is extremely simple and problem free. All you have to do is prove you have income and can afford your basic bills, very easy to get approved. In my opinion, it would be very difficult to get rejected…unless you cant provide the obvious things I mentioned.
Acquiring the keys on my first day of arrival was so convenient. I rolled in to Regina right in the middle of a busy work day from another province and Alyssa made sure she was able to accommodate me on my schedule. It was again, a very quick and painless interaction that left me holding the keys to my new place and ready to move in within 20min.
I was also given a break on first month rent due to me not arriving until the 13th of the month, I have always had to pay full rent in a situation like that in my past.
I recommend using Alyssa and Gramercy when looking to rent anytime.

When Gramercy starting managing the condo I own (around three years ago), it seemed as though it started well with the company doing their due diligence in supporting not only the condo corporation that pays them for their services but also the residents. However, the level of professionalism and customer service declined drastically over the last two years to the point that I started tracking how many times my repeated emails for simple service requests or questions were simply ignored by Danielle. Talking with other residents, this was commonplace. While I don’t doubt Danielle does have knowledge with building systems based on the education provided in her bio, I was taken aback by the lack of demonstrated skills in other areas (garnering quotes for contracted work, professional business communication, project management and meeting deadlines, etc.) I can only provide a review on the service we received from Gramercy from a property management perspective, and thus would caution other condo corporations or residents against using GMG if Danielle is your assigned property manager. I have never had worse a worse experience in repeated negative customer service.

Very professional and helpful. The best property management company I’ve ever worked with. Very kind and accommodating! Alyssa went above and beyond for my family, and made us feel we could make Regina home. I would recommend Gramercy to anyone, that’s in the market for a rental. Any issues we had, was solved in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable with construction and maintenance items. Just an overall positive experience!

The staff at Gramercy properties is one of the best you can find! from knowing their stuff about common house problems to after hours emergency line they go above and beyond for their tenets. the process for approval is one of the easiest I've ever come across, pretty hard to be declined they ask for the basic stuff. The community's they are building are full of outstanding top notch people and I will gladly continue to work with this team for as long as I can. Highly recommended.

Professional and easy to work with . Danielle and Alyssa went out of their way to help my kids and I find a new home. They made everything from signing the lease to doing the move in easy and problem free. 100 % would recommend them to anyone!
