I cant say enough good things about our experience with Grassroots reality. Morgan and his whole team were amazing to deal with. They made the whole process from start to finish easy to understand and stress free. On top of their amazing service, their referrals to other services was also a huge help in the process. From viewing homes to closing on a house only took 19 days! I will use Grassroots again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a home.

If I could give grassroots a 0 I would. Horrible realty company I’ve ever rented from, does not care about their tenants at all and if your house is messy make sure to clean it before the maintenance snitches on you to the property management that the place is “out of order”. I do not recommend renting or leasing from them. On another note, the people working at the front desk for the property management in grande prairie AB, HORRIBLE ATTITUDE , maybe they’re racist I don’t know but I am a dark skinned Asian and EVERYTIME I am at their office to ask about something they do not treat me as how they treat the caucasians. Horrible horrible company and terrible people. People of colour, please save yourself the trouble and do not rent or lease from them since they are only in favour to the caucasians. Thank you
