My clients and myself have had an absolute great experience with the Homeowner Relations Team at Graywood, and especially Kendal T.! Very friendly and understanding through out the process of home ownership, and more importantly, willing to help the buyers have a smooth closing process. Thank you again Kendal and team! On a separate note, the building quality by Graywood at JAC condos is top notch! Very impressed with the work that they've done and the fine quality product they deliver to the buyers!

Greywood sells well-built properties — I have no complaints about construction quality. However, one of their key selling points is the rental service provided by BlueJean Management, promoted as a premium 3-year property management solution for investors. In reality, this promise falls apart. Apartments can sit vacant for months — mine has been empty for three months — with no proactive action, no effective marketing, and no accountability.

Even worse, Greywood ignores written complaints about BlueJean entirely, offering no support and taking no responsibility for the service provider they recommend and promote as part of the investment package. This negligence undermines the entire investment appeal they advertise, leaving owners without tenants, without income, and without any way to influence the situation.

Graywood is one of my favourite developers. I have been working with them for years, and have helped many clients buy condos in their projects in Ontario and Alberta. What I like the most about Graywood is their professionalism, personal approach and how responsive they are. If you ever have a question as a purchaser (or Realtor) they are fast to respond to you. This is a great attribute to have as a Developer, as so many developers don't care and have zero customer service.

Graywood has always had a polite and approachable sales team for all of their condo projects. No ego, no attitude. Just very friendly and helpful people.

Lastly, and probably most importantly for investors, Graywood builds in excellent locations. Early investors in their projects have always faired very well.

Extremely disappointed in the quality of their recent build at 1787 St. Clair Avenue West. Many of the deficiencies identified at closing were not handled properly and subsequently they are walking away from repairing them stating that they are out of warranty. I own 2 units in the building and would never purchase a pre-build off of this builder.
