As a service provider, do NOT SERVICE! The owner will call you in for a service call, sign the packing slip acknowledging you were on site, and performed the requested work. Then not pay for several months, and then when their credit card is charged, they will call you asking for a discount.

Extremely kind & extremely helpful with reasonable prices. We have been storing motorcycles here for a few years and Peggy has always gone above and beyond to help us and been more than accommodating in every possible way. I would certainly recommend.

When I first moved to Sudbury I did not have an address and the lady at the counter said that's okay will help you out. Then I was able to bring my boat with zero issues. These people are people that could never ask for better people. Wonderful place

I had a long-distance move from Toronto to the Sudbury area. My movers and I were running late due to some unforeseen moving-day calamities, but Peggy stayed an extra 30 minutes after closing to let my movers unload. Much appreciated after a crazy and hectic day. Thanks Peggy!

Couldn't even get past the phone call just to register for a unit. Young, immature and unprofessional people working here. Not sure why they don't want service from a person who needs the unit and willing to pay the fees. Beats me.

The lady that owns Prime Storage is truly an amazing person with a big heart being disabled and not hetting my stuff out of storage on time with no.extra charge was downright one of the best xmas gift tamk.you again and would recommend Prime Storage.to anyone with vlean.units and great prices

It’s a storage facility, it does what it’s suppose to lol. However the manager for the facility is great to deal with and has always been helpful such as accepting shipments I have sent there etc
