Unlike other property managers focused on just 1-3 cities, they have people in place to facilitate finding you the optimal tenant anywhere in the Greater Vancouver Area. Keaton went above & beyond to make this a smooth process with my pre-con condo when I wasn't easily accessible personally in Vancouver.

It was difficult to book a time to see this property which only had a four hour window of opportunity with 15 minutes intervals. It was after the 1st which meant we could not give notice where we currently live. The person showing us the property was wonderful. But she had very little information about the process. We got our application in very quickly, are we really liked the place. We offered more than asking and were flexible about possession date. We received no information for days. My husband and I both inquired with no response. Today, 4 days later, we received a message that it was rented with no other feedback. Terrible process. Created SO much anxiety.

They have been managing my condo almost 4 years. Good communication, quick on addressing tenants request and coordinating with me for issues related to my condo. Good selection in tenants too, I haven't had any payment issue so far. Happy to work with them.

This is the first time I've given a bad review. Congratulations to their company for getting it. I would not recommend renting from this company. During the move-in inspection, they rushed through the whole process, barely checking anything and brushing off concerns. It gave us the impression that everything was fine and there were no issues to worry about. However, when it came time to move out, they suddenly became extremely meticulous—inspecting every tiny detail like they had a microscope in hand. They took pictures of even normal wear and tear and used that as justification to deduct from our deposit. If you're okay with losing most or all of your deposit, go ahead and rent a property managed by them.

！！！It is absolutely false and outrageous to claim that we did not dispute anything. Both my husband and I raised multiple disputes and communicated our concerns clearly to your agent, yet we were met with nothing but dismissive and inadequate responses. Before making such blatantly misleading statements, I suggest you go back and thoroughly review the email records. Stop twisting the facts and misleading others.

And calling that a “large chip” is frankly laughable. The spot you’re referring to is smaller than a woman’s fingernail, yet you describe it as large? Your perception is clearly far from reasonable.

Another reviewer commented that this company does not welcome newcomers to Canada and this is absolutely true. Their requirements are outrageous, and impossible to fulfill without already having a Canadian address. It doesn't matter if you are employed with a Canadian company if you have not filed Canadian tax returns, have Canadian paystubs, or have funds in a Canadian financial institution - please tell me how one does that before living in Canada! Our relocation specialist, with her wealth of experience, was baffled by these requirements. If you are immigrating to Canada, skip this company, they aren't here to welcome you, despite their protestations to the contrary.

From the screening – where they actually listened and understood – to the lightning-fast follow-up, and that meticulous move-in inspection? Seriously impressive.
