It took 8 months for this stihl dealership to get back to me about a warranty issue, to tell me it won’t be covered . Will try a different name brand for chainsaw with hopefully better luck

I stopped by to see if they might have a specialized non-motorized lawn edger. The staff were welcoming (there were 2 women there who knew their stuff but were super down to earth). I left with a tool for under $20… and it exceeded my expectations. They also clean lawn mowers and sharpen blades. Honestly, you should stop by the store if you do anything in your yard! A rare hidden gem in Leduc.

RAVE RAVE RAVE!! We have a new Stihl dealer here in town! The name of the business is GREEN THUMB SUPPLY Co. Located right by the Paradise golf place. #4 6109 45st. My first interaction was over the phone inquiring about a product I wanted to buy for a Xmas present. My phone call was greeted with an extremely friendly, knowledgeable employee who helped with all my questions. He even set aside what I was looking for, to guarantee I would be able to purchase my last gift to buy for Christmas!😁 When I went in to pick up my item as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a hello and of coarse the friendly smile! I mentioned I had an item set aside and this friendly guy knew right away what I was asking for and my name. Being that I have other celebratory events coming up with my husband (birthday, anniversary, and of coarse Valentine’s Day) who is a Stihl/Tool lover, I asked if there was any other suggestions that could be compatible with what I was about to purchase. He was so helpful! Showed me other tools and answered all my questions! Didn’t just rush me out the door with the purchase I had set aside. I asked about some other products I would be interested in buying in the future and he assured me he was adding them to his order to have them available for me! I was also super impressed that he registered my product with Stihl for me so I didn’t have to. I also learned that they service and repair the tools right there! If there is any warranty work they deal with Stihl directly for you! Service,Friendliness,knowledge, and Leduc location all a plus plus plus!!! If you are or have someone in your life who is a Stihl/tool lover I 100% recommend visiting these guys! So wonderful to have a dealer here in town again!🎉

Great selection of tools, equipment and safety gear. Chain saw sharpening and now offering tool rentals as well. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I would only give a bad review if I feel I got terrible customer service . The attitude over the phone makes me never want to use this business again . Hopefully other people have a better experience than I did

New place just starting up. Great people. Bought a hedge trimmer. Very nice owners. It’s great having a stihl dealer back in Leduc !
