First of all I have to say Laila has that personality that makes you feel so welcome to live in these apartments! She’s very friendly, helpful and down to earth! I really enjoyed my stay in my apartment! Thanks to the maintenance team, they are always available when you need them! Kodos!!!!

I like this apartment. It is a well laid out, renovated suite with a green space behind. Neighbors are pleasant and respect boundaries. The soundproofing is great, we never hear a peep. The property manager is a nice woman who has been nothing short of fantastic with us and easy to approach. Not really a complaint, but I'm looking forward to having further access to the exercise room outside of work hours when Covid restrictions lighten up. Its a well maintained room with everything you need.

I've been Boardwalk's client just over a week now, and so far so good. The apartment is decent and clean, location is good. Jignesh, an agent who was helping me in the beginning and Laila a lady that manages the complex, are absolutely wonderful to work with. Laila is super-responsive, professional, patient and polite, and overall it seems that the Boardwalk staff really cares about their clients. If it stays like this, I'll probably stick for longer.

Greenbrier is a great place to live. I have lived here since 2003. The staff is very friendly, repair requests are handled promptly and the amenities are very nice. It is situated close to grocery stores and shopping centres and has easy access to public transit and parks. The apartments have laminate flooring and stainless steel appliances. It is very quiet.

My family and I are really happy with our experience with Boardwalk especially after an awful first experience with Avenue Living. Laila was amazing. She was very helpful and understanding. LAILA DESERVES A RAISE!

Boardwalk absolutely changed my perception of Regina. If you are moving from Ontario to Saskatchewan, avoid Avenue Living and go with boardwalk. Don't say I didn't warn you lol.

I lasted one year. As soon as my lease was up I was out of there. The management are disrespectful and rude. I have had to go up as high as you can go on a matter that was outright appalling. The treatment to seniors is disgusting. They also play favoritism and the rent changes from tenant to tenant. It boggles my mind that the two ladies in the office continue to get away with their behaviour. I have lived at another Boardwalk property without any issues, but the Greenbriar are the worst.

Greenbriar Apartments are a great place to live. They have professional staff, a clean building, it's safe, and there are excellent incentives as a bonus! Lesley is a down to earth landlord, and a total gem. I definitely recommend checking out Greenbriar Apartments.
