I've been a renting home under Greenleaf Management for over two years, and I have nothing but good things to say about them! We've had a few issues with the home itself, and Greenleaf has addressed every single email and phone call very promptly. Every person we've encountered at Greenleaf all the way from our home tour with Chelsea, to dealing with Karla, Alicia, Sara, Johan & Jennifer to name a few - have been outstanding. Very friendly, accommodating and professional. Jennifer especially has gone over and above to communicate with us, address any issues and support us. Very pleased with Greenleaf!! I’ve owned investment Realestate and worked with several different property management companies for over 10 years, and I can say Greenleaf is one of the best. I’ve hired Greenleaf to manage two of my rental units for 2.5 years now.

Their software is easy to use, their contracts and leases are easy to understand, my calls and emails are promptly returned (usually same day). Of the few times I’ve talked to my tenants, I’ve never had one complaint about Greenleaf.

Working with Greenleaf has been an easy experience, and I will be asking them to manage another property in the near future!

Leasing with greenleaf as a new immigrant has been amazing from the prompt response to clear communication and attention to details. I’m enjoying every bit of it. A big shout out to Chelsea, her customer service is top notch such that i wonder if she ever sleeps, always making sure tenants are okay. And then came Stefany whose services has also been great. They have both been super awesome. Thanks to greenleaf for the choice of amazing and awesome staff.

Update for 2025: They did not invoice me for termination fees when I fired them. Instead, they took their payment from the Tenant's security deposit, which is illegal.

They are evasive at the best of times. Only one of their staff I've ever been in touch with puts their phone number in their signature. When I did make contact, they were nothing but brash, defensive, and critical.

Their attention to detail is pathetic and once the lies start piling up they double down instead of admitting their errors. When my tenants most recently renewed, I asked an innocuous question about a renewal charge to my account. I received a reply that included a timeline of events that is chronologically impossible when compared with the dates of the signed documents. Once this information was presented, instead of receiving a humble apology or basic customer service that would rectify the situation, I was met with hostility and criticism for expecting "constant updates" about the status of my unit. They also called me a bully, when I pointed out their many, many mistakes.

If you intend to work with Green Leaf, know that they have shared with me that contact with owners goes above and beyond what they are prepared to provide. And if you ask for it, you will be criticized.

This is a company that bit off more than they could chew by assuming management of multiple new builds in Calgary all at once. They are understaffed and stretched thin, and while I can empathize with these realties, I cannot empathize with the arrogance and defensiveness they have assumed as they disappoint so many of their clients.

I am glad I finally got around to firing them, like my colleagues did years ago.

I've rented a unit managed by Greenleaf for 19 months, and have nothing but positive things to say about our interactions. They were extremely thorough on the move in, and have addressed every single issue that has come up very swiftly (even issues I myself never even reported). I would happily continue having them be my property manager.

After being levied a $750 fine for misuse of the elevator by the buildings mgmt co, I contacted Greenleaf PM, the company that acts as managers for the condo we rent in the building. Johan was very supportive and his help far exceeded our expectations. We have been tenants here for four years and have found Greenleaf PM to be an excellent management company.
