My husband and I were looking to buy a house during a time where the real estate was (ands still is) a seller’s market that very few agents even bothered with buyers. Most we contacted just showed up for one of their listings but that was the extent of their involvement. Greg immediately replied, researched, and arranged showings. Over a few months, he agreed to spend a lot of his time searching and organizing showings. We must have visited 30 houses. He never pressured us and respected our pace. We found that he was knowledgeable, had integrity but also honest in letting us know when he didn’t know a region enough. Although we didn't end up buying a property in Ontario (to no fault of his, but rather due to unaffordable homes in Ontario), I wanted to salute Greg for taking the time out of his busy day, to drive us around, and sometimes in remote regions, for several showings. Greg took the time to recognize our needs, to understand our situation and literally go out of his way when needed. I would strongly recommend him.
