Even a short conversation with him makes it obvious that he knows the real estate business extremely well. We greatly appreciated the fact that at no point did we feel the slightest bit of pressure to make any decisions.

February 26, 2025:
We asked Greg Sykes if he would sell our home after being unsuccessful for approximately 2+ years. Our home is 53 years young, quaint, cosy, exceptionally well built, brick and plaster and an awesome huge pie shaped lot with many beautiful perennials and Emerald evergreen living fence across the entire back yard and professionally landscape drawn up by Mori Nursery and well maintained all these years.
Greg took the time and came to our home almost immediately. He sat with us, had a good knowledge of our home. He felt comfortable and confident he could sell it. Of course we listed immediately. We were so impressed with everything about Greg which made us so excited we chose him and we trusted Greg totally.
Greg Sykes is all work, business, and a true professional with the added plus of his kind, gentle demeanor and delivery. He’s always professionally dressed, he’s concise and to the point. Stellar guy! He’s there for you in a heartbeat and guides and explains everything as only a true professional gentleman can do and almost within a month Greg Sykes sold our beloved home.
We couldn’t be happier choosing Greg and his team which who are right there if needed. It was on the market within a few days which is really amazing.
