I’d like to share my experience of selling my house with Vince and Carey’s help…I was apprehensive as I had a trip coming up and they assured me that after it was listed they would be able to have open houses and showings without me being here. It put my mind at ease and they started the process mid November. I actually sold my house while I was away very recently and it made it so convenient for me!!! Grandmother's succession home!
Vince helped my husband and myself to navigate the challenges of the private sale between us and my father. He made the entire process easy, and we felt well informed at each step. Sometimes dealing with family can be more difficult than if the sellers were strangers, but Vince stepped in when we needed him, and helped explain the legality and put everyone at ease.
Vince shared a plethora of trusted contacts from contractors to land surveyors, window installers and notary. This really helped move things along, and made us feel like we were not starting at ground zero.
Most of all we appreciated the professional relationship he built with us. The calls to follow up and check in and answer all of our questions meant the world to us.
Vince came to us very highly recommended and now we know why. Consider yourself lucky if you get the chance to work with Vince.
