The location is convenient close to transit, shops, and grocery stores.

Also, the staff here are great. Mhike from Oak Tower has been amazing! He’s always quick to respond and really helpful. He assisted us with some concerns regarding our unit when we moved in, and even after that, he has remained reliable. Truly appreciate his effort!

GSK took over my building about two months ago and in that time have raised the rent 300 dollars, tried to charge me a 150 NSF fee without ever cashing my rent cheque, failed to provide 24 hour notice before entering my suite on more than one occasion, and tried to bully me into purchasing a large insurance policy from their specific vendor, despite my already having the same coverage through a different agency.

I lived happily in this building for a year under previous management and like the amenities and location enough that I would have tolerated the rent increase. However, the problems with managing the building and the repeat attempts to bilk us for extra money is too much. Avoid GSK at all costs; they’re a complete nightmare.

Been renting from GSK properties for 1.5 and have no complaints. Management has always been great to deal with and maintenance has always been easy to get.

Resident of silverstone terrace for more than a year,and whenever a maintenance request was made, service and response was quick. Thank to, Vin and his team, especially Roy for the exercilent repair. Clean, pleasant and good all-rounder. Keep it up.

Not even 1 star. I won't have room to write everything that has happened at our unit at Riverside villas. Currently the main issue is the furnace. It's has stopped working over 5 times. Furnace repairmen have told GSK it needs to be replaced. Gsk refused to do that. I've had the motor and gas valve replaced. They replaced a cracked piece that froze when the motor froze. We had to stay at a hotel last night because it was 7 degrees in our unit and the furnace repairmen were working on it that full day. We were told it was working again Saturday morning. So we came home and furnace stopped after being home for a few hours. Gsk has not responded to my email saying it's still not working. We are in bedrooms with space heaters. The temperature outside is -25. This goes against the landlord and tenants act. Landlord must provide habitable living conditions. Heat must be maintained at 22 or 16 during extream weather. It is currently 13. This is just the tip of the iceberg of everything that has happened here.

I have been living in Rosedale since 2017, this place feels like home to me, and I find it hard to move each time I think about it.
Our property manager Sona is an amazing person, I can’t even begin to describe how she always makes sure that she resolves every issue that is brought to her attention. Then there is Mike, such a very Hard working and dedicated man. Whenever you have any maintenance related issues, Mike is always on time to fix it, he goes extra miles to make sure that there is no inconvenience and gives you tips on how to resolve and prevent the cause of the problem if needed.
Thank you, Sona and Mike, for making Rosedale feel like home and safe.
