Wish I could give 6 stars! When we decided to sell our house we were of course immediately stressed and overwhelmed by what was to come. I reached out to Heather because I saw that her brokerage sold a similar house in our neighbourhood and got a great return. Also I liked their marketing.

She responded in minutes and immediately gave us confidence that Hadden Homes was a great choice. Then we met with Whitney and Paul and that was that, we'd found the right partnership.

We can't believe how much stress was alleviated by the full-service approach.The entire process was so seamless thanks to a fast but achievable schedule, customized strategy and constant communication. They make you feel like you are their only client which is impressive knowing how many properties they have on the go.

Our house sold quickly and we got a great price that we were super happy with. Again, the constant communication and support throughout offer day was incredible and made all the difference.

Hadden Homes is the best realtor team in Toronto, hands down.

My property was on the market for one entire month with another agent. Unfortunately they did not have the expertise required to sell in Toronto’s market. The experience was difficult.

When my partner and I decided to find a new agent to take on our property, I did a lot of research. I spoke with three other agents in order to find a good team because at that point I understood how important it is to have a competent, fully stacked team behind you during this very stressful and nerve wracking journey.

As soon as I called Heather and spoke with her, I was locked in. She and her colleague Meghan are superwomen. Navigating the termination with my previous agent felt like pulling teeth. As soon as I called Heather, she took over that relationship. The other brokerage manager put up several blockers but she knocked them down. She fought for us, and negotiated on our behalf. I truly felt like someone finally had my back and was taking care of us. All while the termination was still going on, Heather and Meghan were coordinating the reestaging of my house and proactively preparing everything required to re-list my property as soon as possible.

My home was re-staged beautifully by a luxury staging company -- my home looks like it could be featured in Domino Magazine. Heather and Meghan regularly visited the property while it was up for sale to make sure it was always in tip-top shape for all the showings. The house was only up for one week, and we received multiple showing requests, had two successful open-houses and then received four offers on offer day. Remember -- the house had already been on the market for a month already and had three weekends of open houses but because Heather and the team transformed the house, there was significant interest in the home. The offers we received were good but not exactly what we wanted so Heather and Meghan began engaging the agents, and were successfully able to bring us an offer that met our desired target.

All of this happened in less than two weeks. And get this -- I hadn’t actually met Heather or Meghan in person yet because we aren't living in the house right now and with the commute between where we are temporarily staying and Toronto and our two young children, our paths never crossed. Their team is just that good.

I can't say enough good things about the Hadden Homes team, they are just wonderful. I want to sing from the rooftops about how good they are at what they do -- in fact, someone give them a reality show because I want to see how they run shop! They've locked me in as a client for life.
