I hadn’t been involved with the purchase of a house for over 42 years which was how long I was in my last house. I knew very little about purchasing a house and all I can say is Carla and Haley made this process not only easy but a fun experience as well. They guided me every step of the way and if I didn’t understand something, they took the time to explain it to me.

Carla and Haley always said they’d find me a great new home that would fit my budget; I just didn’t think that once I listed my house that the entire process would take just over two weeks for mine to sell and for them to find my new home. The home they found me is amazing and I could not be happier. The reason that it happened so quickly is because I listened to what they were telling me about the current market trends as well as things to do and what not to do to my old home to get it ready to sell. This point was key in getting things moving quickly.

In summary, I don’t know that they could have done any more to make the sale and purchase experiences any better than they were. They are an amazing team that I would recommend to anyone selling and/or purchasing a new home.
