Buyer Beware. This developer..( if you want to call an accountant a developer). has a bad history. Ask the poor buyers who purchased. The project is now at a stand still and only half completed. The grounds are a mess, no one taking care of the grounds, It makes the rest of the neighborhood look bad. Construction trailer is an eye sore.

Great service from the construction manager Charles, attended all my calls and gave me solutions to all my enquiries. Charles went above and beyond with the work on my property giving me reassurance that it is in safe hands and not to worry about anything. It is a beautiful house with a wonderful view and very spacious. I believe it is going to be one of the best projects in the area. Thanks Harrison Ridge

I was called as an independent third party to evaluate the construction of the first two occupied units in this complex. I must agree with the one star ratings of this development.
Of concern to me were:
- The lack of an attic firewall between the strata units. This will not slow the spread of fire, and it will allow a neighbour access to the adjoining unit by entering through the access hatch.
- The apparent lack of a back up heat source. Without this heat source, there will be inadequate heating of the home during extreme cold spells.
- Much of the vinyl plank flooring was installed by nailing through the plank itself.
- There is no access to service the air handler, and no air filter location.
- Numerous cosmetic deficiencies.
These are but a few of the issues at hand. I would urge future buyers to do their due diligence prior to accepting possession of their units.

We have lived in this area for over 6 years. 1 star is way too much for this builder and development!! We have watched this so called builder make an absolute mess of this townhouse development...right from the get go. Any 5 star reviews are fabricated . We have watched this builder yell at roofers working in the snow to hurry up with no safety lines attached to them . We have watched a worker painting with a flashlight at 10, 11pm as there was no power to any of the units 1,2,3 and 4. We watched a framer hanging over a window ledge trying to add more support to it. We feel terrible for our new neighbors to move into new homes that have sooooo many issues.

Only reviewing because I can tell some of the reviews are fake...5 star really. I have lived in this area for over 2 years now and have watched the contractors, developers etc.build the units. They ALWAYS break worksafe rules. No hardhats or vests etc. Work is shoddy at best. Feel sorry for people who bought into this mess, I would be asking to see the district of kent's paperwork to see if they signed off on this mess.

Had a chance to visit the showroom and site. I personally love the location and the actual townhome itself. Modern, yet cozy, and surrounded by nature. Beautiful.

Would definitely recommend checking out the remaining units once available. It really is a beautiful home and setting.

I live in this neighbourhood and the way this developer works is no bueno. They built up the ridge more than they needed to and the way they have treated some of their buyers has been abysmal. I am so grateful Odessa is our builder. They have been stellar.

Security guy living in RV using finished units showers in evenings. Seen him walking around the unit in his underwear, while walking my dog. Very unprofessional
