Hay City Project did our aluminum canopy on our trailer. They were fantastic to deal with. Pat was very knowledgeable and quickly replied to all of our many questions.
It took less than two days for them to install the canopy, once the product arrived.
We could not be happier with the end result. It has completely transformed our outdoor space.
We would not hesitate to use Hay City Projects again and highly recommend them to anyone.

Had an unfortunate lawn mower vinyl siding incident west of Olds. Pat had the damaged siding replaced a day after I called him and only took the afternoon. The job looks fantastic, matched up the replaced wall very well, and was so impressed that his crew even went beyond the initial job scope and walked around the house and found a spot to patch where the siding panels had previously pulled apart. Highly recommend Hay City Projects, will be using them again.

We did our windows through Greener Homes with Hay City Projects.

We got quotes from 3 different companies and Hay City stood out immediately, as Pat took the time to quote windows that were an exact style match with our existing windows. Pat also took time to find the right manufacturer for the windows. We ended up going with 2 manufacturers to meet the specs for greener homes. They also responded in a timely fashion, long before the others. Given that my wife was very interested in preserving the original exterior design style, we went with Hay City.

The project execution was smooth and pretty effortless on our part. We have 2 kids and they make messes everywhere they go. We tried our best to keep a clean path and Hay City picked up the slack, which we appreciate. They did a good job of minimizing space usage in our house while the project was underway, and were even really sweet to my little 4 year old when he snuck out of the house to ask them questions :).

The folks were even kind enough to remove our old windows so that we can use them for future projects. My wife is extremely excited at the prospect of cold frames or a future greenhouse.

Hay City was also very flexible allowing us to wait until Greener Homes had issued our loan advance for payment of the job. This was critical for us as we did not have the funds on hand and were not wanting to pay for bridge financing.

On to the actual windows - these were a game changer in our house, and we haven't even had a cold day yet. We upgraded our attic insulation as well. Between that, the triple pane low E windows, we don't even think we will need to ever get central air.

Hay city did a beautiful job on the install, and were mindful of the recently installed new siding and left the site in a similar condition to when they arrived. We are looking forward to our next winter, being able to enjoy the comfort of our home without needing to bundle up!

Pat was so easy to deal with, helpful in selecting colours and the best trims to suit our house, and patient with some of our indecision. He was upfront about prices with no surprises or hidden fees, and stayed true to his word. I live in Silver Lynx Modular Home Park and just had Pat and his very capable crew put a full size roof on my deck. These men did an above professional job. Weather was very hot for them to work but each one had a job to do and I can not say how impressed I and my neighbours are with the quick job. They cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend them for sure.
