Our time working with Hayden was such an amazing successful experience! Let me start by saying that our situation wasn’t ideal. We had very specific needs that not every family would have. Hayden took on that challenge.

Every single property we viewed Hayden triple checked that it would fit our needs. If it didn’t we jumped onto the next one.

Him setting up the collaboration centre really made it easy for us to keep track of all the properties we viewed which ones we liked and which ones wouldn’t work.

Once we did find a property we loved. Hayden jumped on it! Making all the documentation and paperwork a breeze!

This is where Hayden’s skill set shined!
The home we found was amazing literally checked off all our boxes. The only issue was the sellers weren’t priced very reasonable and after our initial offer it seemed like it was gonna be a challenge. Hayden worked on everything he coordinated our inspection for us lined it up with the sellers and after a few days of negotiating and going back and fourth with them we came to an agreement!

What I love most about working with Hayden is he took all the stress out of it. He made it fun! His flexibility with emails phone calls and texts made it a breeze! We’re a young family and I’m sure we’ll be buying and selling more property’s in the future. The only person we will call is our friend Hayden! 10/10 service!!! Where do I start about this young man ?
I will be the first to say that when we first met Hayden he looked young which surprised me, we had 3 realtors come in with Hayden being the last. He was referred to us by a friend & I am so happy they did. This man is absolutely professional ,personable respectful & full of knowledge all at the same time. He is extremely good at what he does & very transparent about everything going on from step 1 to the end, he was very open to hear what we thought our price point should be & guided us through the process flawlessly. Our house sold in under 48 hours with a few bids & I truly believe it’s how Hayden set up our house to be shown, absolutely checked every box, pictures were fantastic & the video was amazing , almost made us feel like we didn’t want to leave. We have neighbours who were selling right after , they wanted to interview people as well, but once they met Hayden they didn’t need to meet others. There is something about this young man that resonated with all of us & their house sold in record time as well.
Overall I have only wonderful things to say about this young man , I thought he was young, but I learnt a valuable lesson in that young means nothing when you are passionate about the people you are working with & helping when it comes to selling their house & making their dreams come true , if I could give this man 10 ⭐️ I would.
