Efficiency! We had a pipe that was starting to fail in our rental, over the weekend. Haze was there within the hour, contacted the correct people and had this dealt with right away. He was able to communicate to us on what the issue was, the potential risks of waiting to repair it and how each step went. The team sent pictures (attached) of the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. They are putting the stairs back into today with all the fixes done already.
