I had an issue with a chirping smoke detector, and Arlan from the Hazel maintenance team came by to fix it. He was professional, quick, and very courteous. Hazel is a beautiful place to live with friendly and efficient staff. Management (Gabriel and Edit) are always professional and kind, they are extremely quick to respond or answer any questions you may have.

Additionally, Arlan has been assigned to complete maintenance requests in my suite more than once, he was extremely kind, a pleasure to chat with and was fast to complete the tasks every time.

I stayed at Hazel for a year. Rent was not the lowest, probably because my unit has a super nice view. Also, their quality of service has surprised me. One property manager Gabriel is very professional and efficient. He always replies promptly and gets my problems solved quickly. Another manager Ms Edit is also the same excellent, very tenant oriented, supportive and always goes the extra miles. I really appreciated for having them together for my stay. I basically moved to another condo from the same company because of them. Can't recommend more for Hazel.

Thank you and much appreciation to the technical team, especially technician Paul and customer services Jazz, who helped fix the plumbing issue with a quick response and a positive attitude. Special thanks as well to the management team, particularly Gabriel, for their fast reaction and consistently supportive attitude. Their efforts to assist residents and address our concerns positively and efficiently are truly valued. In addition to providing the highest quality of service, maintaining the hygiene and comfort of the estate is essential for us as residents. We believe in and hope the team will continue to value residents’ interests and strive toward for that.

Arlan was quick and attentive when it came to fixing the door lock. I submitted the he request going into a 3 day weekend and worried that it wouldn’t happen but he arrived shortly after and handled the issue asap.
