I have worked successfully with Henrietta on the complex purchase of a condo using funds inside a unique Trust. The process and documents required that she work with three different parties with their own agendas: myself, the Trust Officer, and the seller’s agent.

To make matters more complicated, I wanted to have a home inspection even before making an offer. This request was quite unusual and therefore puzzling for Henrietta and the seller’s agent. Fortunately, Henrietta was able to convince the agent to allow this exception, especially since I was quite adamant about it.
