So, personally with almost 3 years with their management not much to say however some rules and fees where extremely high cost! I used to like the door fob before from our condo and I know there is some idiots driving but that is not my problem what are the cameras made for? now raining or in terrible winter I have to open my window and get snow and rain inside my car every time I want to open de gate also in hard winter when is very slippery in our entrance this was the best option honestly penalties should be made by owner not for everyone, like why should I be paying for someone incompetence? also the condo fees here are super very high priced and its not even downtown yet. And yes sometimes I had the chance to speak with Nathalie or the team and honestly I will always said if you are in a customer service industry get that great attitude over the phone, you where our management we need to trust you but I was almost afraid of call because their rude attitude over the phone wouldn't help much. Otherwise about cleaning and landscaping I will said that this was very well managed.

If I could go into negative stars I would! They are truly a -5 Star management company. If your building is managed by them do everything to get them out! And if your planning to buy check the management company.

The most unprofessional, unprepared and rude people out there, even their last email to our condo was unprofessional and passive aggressive! So glad we got rid of them.

Poor attitude. Poor service.

During my time with our designated property manager, Nathalie (founder), she would say she was our champion, "like a dog on a bone", then often would not follow through on basic / simple issues.

Instead, we got complaints from several property owners about lack of communication, poor communication, snippy remarks, and excuse after excuse.

Lack of transparancy with business practices and recommendations, and shady behaviour. Would not recommend.

Poor Attitude from Nathalie. Poor service. Hefty fines for minor things. And seems like they like to constantly pick on one person. I don't recommend this Management company to anyone.
