This can be a great place! New, renovated, clean and quiet appartment. Unfortunately some residents do not uphold the standard. Persistent smoke smell inside the unit. Strong smell in the hallway indicating recent smoke inside the building despite building regulations. Air quality very low, you need to buy a good air purifier. The picture depicting air quality 55% is inside our unit, but near the exit door. We use a curtain to create a middle space (sas) to prevent too much of that air inside the living space.The garbage disposal is a stress because some people will put big furniture every week and there is no room for garbage bags. I spent 3 hours picking up dog poop on the lawn, so the lawn is pretty clean now, but dog owners still do not pick up after their pet. To finish on a positive note, people are nice, as said earlier the place is clean and quiet inside.

Lived here for 2 years and it has steadily gone downhill since. The building is maintained very poorly, smells of smoke, and has not been upkept at all. The walls have been patched with paint and not actually repainted properly since moving in. The winters are a complete nightmare in the parking lot, where snow is rarely cleared and it leaves giant mounds of ice everywhere which is a hazard for everyone getting in and out of their vehicles.

Good luck getting a hold of the manager of the building, having to constantly leave text messages or voice mails and never receiving call backs. Feels like you have to fight to simply get your security deposit back which is absolutely ridiculous.

1 star because it smells like cigarette and it is a non smoking building.. Also, the parking lot needs some repairs and care. (Garbage and dog poop everywhere)
5 stars for the manager's care and the building's cleanliness, it is calm and quiet. Quite comfortable place to live.
