We had a fabulous experience working with Olivia. This is the fourth home we have purchased, so we were reasonably familiar with the process, but trying to do so long distance from another province was a little more challenging! She was extremely helpful, and definitely went above and beyond. We had to fly back before the home inspection, and weren't able to arrive on the possession date, so she represented us on both of those occasions. Communication was always prompt and informative both while we were in town actively looking, as well as frequent check-ins at other times.
