Pretty sure this company is having people write fake positive reviews on their behalf to boost their numbers here, but wanted to take a moment to share my experience with this developer. They literally took money from 116 innocent buyers to sell out their townhouse development, tried to keep all deposits when they couldn’t get their required permits, and forced many buyers out of the sale with arbitrary and shady borderline illegal business practices. I would STRONGLY encourage you take your business to a genuinely reputable developer. Their projects are riddled with issues and the stress experienced is not worth what may originally appear as a good deal. Buyer beware!

Kept my deposit for 3 years. Then threatened to steal it unless I backed out of my agreement. All this so he could re-sell the unit for $130,000 more. Evil. Why? Because I did not provide a second mortgage pre-approval on time. First one was provided 3 years ago. Demanded that I had it redone. I was away and couldn't do it until past the deadline. Now I cannot afford to buy anything and will most likely pay rent forever. My Canadian Dream went down the drain so Warren Green can get richer.

The builder is forcing 3 of my clients out of their deals and threatening to keep their deposits. The reason: He cannot get a hold of the mortgage broker who has left the business. Will not accept new mortgage per-approvals. The truth is, that the prices have increased so much, he stands to make over $100,000 more per unit if he resells now. Canceling the project is not an option as it ruins Tarion standing, so the best way is to use ridiculous reasons to bully clients out of their deals. When faced with threats of losing deposits, most clients are forced to comply. Horrible tactics. Shame on our government for allowing things like this to happen.

Shady, GREED FILLED company!! They are cancelling as many contracts as they can at one of their latest developments that purchasers have had deposits on for 3 years because prices have gone up considerably and the greedy builder wants that money for themselves now... despicable theives!!! Even trying to keep purchasers deposits! I think the owner thinks he's figured out a way to take all his riches with him to the after life. What goes around comes around, greed is a terrible thing.... ZERO STARS, buyer beware

These developers are so dishonest. They kept my deposit for 2 years then threatened to keep for good it unless I agreed to release them from contract so they can resell at a higher price. They did it to all who bought in 2016 and will do it to you. Stay away.

Really sleazy, under handed, sneaky, bottom of the barrel, shameless, pathetic excuse for human beings right from the top down. Won't hesitate to betray and stab their customers in the back and steal back your purchase from you in a heartbeat. Much worse than Judas or Mussolini!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Avoid at all costs or you will regret it for the rest of your life!
