Easily one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a so-called “professional.”
Chris was shockingly incompetent, disorganized, and completely disengaged. Communication was a joke—calls ignored, emails unanswered, and when they did respond, it was with a careless attitude that made it clear he didn’t care. He rushed everything, missed critical details, and offered zero useful guidance. It felt like he was just trying to collect a commission with the least amount of effort possible. I constantly had to chase Chris for updates and do his job for him. His market knowledge was weak, his negotiation skills were non-existent, and his laziness nearly cost me thousands. If you value your time, money, or sanity—run the other way

I highly recommend Chris as your realtor when you need to buy a home.
For me, it took a bit of time to find the right place at the right price, but we did it. When I finally decided to buy, the process was quick and easy.
I didn’t have a clue as to how to go about the purchasing process. Chris helped thru out the entire thing. He connected me with all the additional persons and services needed along the way.
