Nice place to live but expensive and poorly managed. Unless you want to go back to the RTB several times to fight about things that should not be an issue, I suggest you go elsewhere. In short, I waited for several months for the old manager to provide me with a lease and then argued I was paying the wrong rent because I was misquoted of the incorrect amount. Then the new management would not follow the RTB order and told me “I knew all along because I signed a lease” even though she could not prove that I did. In tandem, my fridge had issues and the maintenance man told me the manager said “[I] should clean it and deal with it [myself]”. Thankfully maintenance had some common sense but it is the worst place I have ever lived. Save yourself the headache and look somewhere else.

We live and work here and Love it! Yes, rent is a bit more than some places, but we Maintain our building, do Repairs when needed, clear our snow regular, the building is Very Clean, and we monitor the building and deal with issues quickly. Its a clean, quiet, safe place to call home.

I used to live here for 3 months and I quickly moved out. The rent is high and the office is never open. Look for another place to live before considering this place.
