Geoff was truly a delight to work with! He showed endless patience as we searched for what was to become our family home here in Banff. Always remaining a step ahead and with our needs forever in mind, he patiently showed us almost every property that met our budget (and some that didn’t, just to give us a better sense of what was out there!). Geoff was our guy. He was very attentive with our needs. He listened to what we were really looking for and did he ever deliver. I think the most part that stood out for me was when he really wanted to know that we wouldn't be "house poor" with any other unforseen expenses that may occur.
