In this economy, finding a new place to live can be overwhelming. Historica made a potentially stressful experience, very exciting and enjoyable. Tiffany, the leasing coordinator, was very personable and eager to help me find an apartment perfect for me. With each interaction I felt valued and supported, which gave me peace of mind in my decision to move in with Historica. Not only was my new apartment turnkey ready, but they also thought of every little detail making it easy to turn this apartment into a home! I absolutely love it.

We won a free nights stay at 28 King st Saint John NB, saw a few pics of the unit sent to us, decided to stay a second night, made it an early Valentines getaway. My experience with Historica has been fantastic! My fully furnished apartment is stunning, secure and full of character. The staff are incredibly responsive. I would rent from them again in a heartbeat!!!!
