Presale staging and video of property was very professional and related services were completed by broker or third party vendors in a competent manner. However, post sale activities, communication and follow up were poor. Sale condition deadlines were not followed up by broker with the Seller to ensure that the Seller was on track. Seller had to continually call broker regarding closing advice. Broker wasn't present for final walk through after being informed the Buyers broker would be present.
