La climatisation est trop bruyante pour être utilisée la nuit .

Très belle hotel et bien localisé très sécuritaire j'ai bien aimé l'extérieur de l'hotel et le hall d'entré beaucoup de stationnement

The room was ok although you can hear everyone in the hall way or downstairs in the lobby based on where the room was located. Glad I took my own toiletries as the ones provided were not filled with what it was supposed to be. Ac kept turning off and on didn't maintain a temp that was comfortable. The noise of other guest was my main issue.

So over the past weekend, my family and I had to book a room due to a family emergency nearby. From the very start, the hotel was extremely courteous , efficient, friendly, and just having those qualities alone , helped offset some off the stress we were facing at the moment, and still are. Once we got to our room, which was clean, spacious and smelled very nice, we were able to decompress and just gather our thoughts. The next morning ( Yesterday 06/22/24) , we were enjoying the free breakfast buffet, which had a very nice selection of hot foods, fresh fruits , breads and other choices, and the staff were just amazing. We had 2 steel canteens that were empty, and they happily filled them with ice and water for us, and when we had one of our kids upstairs still asleep , they gave us boxes to take away food to her. Everyone at this location and everything at this location were very very nice and very helpful in such a time that we had to face . Thank you so very much and we will definitely see you again soon.

Honestly we will never be returning to this hotel..
Our first room we were so excited about, it fit Me, My husband our toddler and infant perfectly, but we noticed an infestation of ants in our room. We let the desk know and they said they will have to spray raid in order to take care of the issue. That’s fine but it wasn’t going to be the kid friendly kind so we requested if they had the same room available we could just move to. They did, and we moved our stuff and went up one floor.
We got situated once again and noticed this room was even worse. The bathroom was infested with ants once again, I found glass on the floor that was never cleaned up, the door lock is broken, black mold covering the ceiling and the bathtub, and a giant hairball that was just on the floor from the previous stayers. Not to mention the hole in the ceiling that was supposed to be covered but showed the insulation that didn’t fit properly and baby cockroaches I’ve seen roaming outside and inside the building

All in all, absolutely disgusted, disappointed and will never be returning to this location again.

Worst experience of my life. Have a special needs son and am a single mom of 2. Requested adjoining room with family members. Was made sure it shouldn’t be a problem. At check in, was told it wasn’t available but when the other guest arrive they would put them on the same floor as close as possible. Well that didn’t happen either. By the time we realized we had already gotten settled. It’s impossible to move my son to another room once situated. Next was the dripping air conditioning unit that couldn’t not be fixed. They did offer another room which again was almost impossible due to my son and his needs. The maintenance man was great and got it to stop dripping but it caused the room to be very humid. Then there was the large fingernail on the carpet which I found while my 3 year old was playing with his toys. Room was cleaned the next day but the finger nail stayed until I removed it. Yuck!!! ?. Pool bathrooms were both filled with fecal matter all over and took 2 days to be cleaned. Just a terrible experience. Will not be going back to this hotel. We came to send my niece to college and was recommended by the school. They have been made aware to take this off their list of hotels to stay at.

We visited this hotel it was Terrible! They were hosting a convention with a bunch of teens/young adults, and they had lost total control of the hotel. There was only one receptionist during the night, unable to leave the front desk. There was a group of kids in the lobby, being so loud and playing a guitar all night. The room above us was literally jumping and stomping all night. I called the desk for help multiple times throughout the night (11,1,2), nothing. We finally could not take it any longer and ended up having to leave at 3am. Honestly do not stop here if you’re looking to sleep, you won’t get any.
