As an executor for an estate of a dear friend, I had the requirement to sell property. As I was unfamiliar with the area I decided to interview a number of realtors to assist with the sale. Holly was one of these Realtors and from our first meeting, I was immediately struck by her knowledge, personality and professionalism as well as her ability to work with not only me but also a number of the beneficiaries of the estate who had a vested interest in the property sale; working with multiple sellers can sometimes be a problem but Holly had no issues.
Holly produced a very beautiful sale package presentation for the listing which highlighted the details of the property and she marketed the property extensively locally and internationally. She brought a great deal of energy to the task and always kept me updated on progress.
After a relatively short period of time, Holly was able to connect a buyer to our property and a contract was signed.
