I've been living in one of the HB properties for 18 years.

When my fridge and stove needed to be replaced, the PM gave the go-ahead.

As of late, I removed the carpet, and the PM was very helpful in supplying everything that was needed to get the job done. I just had my bathtub redone, and next week, they're painting my entire suite.

All I can say is thank you for helping me keep my home beautiful and comfortable!

First property mgmt co I have ever dealt with that I can honestly say I am genuinely happy with the experience and look forward to our future interactions. Lin in a true professional and from the word go gave me all the details I required, offered a large number of more than acceptable options and didn't pressure me at all just gave me time and space for my partner and I to decide what and or if we wanted to prceed. Yet at the same time in no way did I feel I was being ignored, quite the opposite. The entire experience is completely unlike EVERY other property mgmt co I have ever dealt with. I cannot recommend Hollyburn enough, trust me when I say "they will put you in your place" (lol terrible lil house hunting joke) in the best way possible of course. Seriously, this co is the exception to the rule.

In July, the company withdrew the rent money for August from our accounts at least a week earlier. They did offer to cover any fees for those who had insufficient funds in their bank accounts, but they did not offer to return the prematurely withdrawn money and then collect the rent on August 1st as they should have.

I was relocating to Vancouver from Toronto and was struggling to find an affordable apartment for weeks. I gave Hollyburn Properties a call, and Lynn, a rental adviser there, referred me to a nearby, just-available apartment for exactly what I desired. She scheduled the viewing for me (virtually too!), and had me the first to view since it just came open, allowing me to secure the apartment, which is beautiful! Fantastic service, and fantastic apartments. If you are ever in a situation as mine, I strongly recommend you give them a call now!

I was looking for 2 one-bedroom apartments downtown Vancouver and was in contact with a Hollyburn rental advisor named Lynn Smith. She really impressed me with her knowledge of Hollyburn properties as well as her dedication to her work. She is the first rental advisor to provide me with a long list of apartments which I may be interested in including details about each apartment. From this long list, I was able to narrow down my search and was able to find 2 apartments within a very short period of time. Central Plaza is a great building at a great location. The Building Manager - Valentina is extremely helpful and very quick at responding to clients' questions. Great Management overall.

I have lived in the Central Plaza Apts in Vancouver's West End since 2007. One of the key factors of apartment living here is the live-in property managers. The current couple, Gagik and Valentina, are absolutely wonderful. They are always ready to answer any questions and any issues are dealt with professionally and promptly. Couldn't ask for better.

I wanted to share my wonderful experience booking a viewing tour and signing a lease with one of the Hollyburn properties - The Breakers apartment at West End. I had the pleasure of interacting with Mali, who was actually a manager at English Bay Towers covering for The Breakers apartment.

I received prompt, informative and professional communication from Mali. She gave me a clear and in-depth tour of the unit and the building. Even though she was allergic to pets, she did not let that waver her professionalism and gave me the complete tour and patiently answered all my questions. When my partner and I decided to sign the lease, Mali extended us a huge support on a Saturday, helped us over the phone with technical issues with the application submission and provided all the information we needed to complete the application.

We are really happy with and appreciative of this first interaction with Hollyburn properties through Mali and are looking forward to moving in to our new apartment!
