Professional, knowledgeable, and caring! My partner and I were looking for our first home in Victoria and after meeting with a few realtors, we chose Rob Rolston and Michelle Martin to work with. Every realtor 'knows the market' and 'has their clients interest at heart' but what separated Rob and Michelle for us when we met them was their comfortable confidence, their flexible schedules, and some thoughtful answers to our questions: they made the point of watching for any red flags in a house or near it that we may not notice and talked about how they value the relationship with us over the sale. They did not disappoint. We mainly dealt with Rob, but on the rare occasion our schedules conflicted, Michelle made herself available and was equally a pleasure to work with.

We ended up seeing a lot of houses, and pausing our search a couple times and Rob was patient and ready the whole time. During every showing, they were very professional, always positive and well mannered. We never felt rushed and their friendly approach made it easy for us to be very comfortable with them throughout the process. Rob was always very responsive with our messages and requests, and was quick to let us know details about the status of a house if there was an urgency attached.

While we hope to not move again for a long while, we would definitely work with Rob and Michelle when the time comes. Until then, we will enthusiastically recommend them to anyone looking for a real estate agent!
