Cleaning crew in regularly to vacuum halls, mop floors. Rugs changed regularly. Maintenance done in timely manner. Last maintenance of A/C filter and air transmission filter was very much appreciated. Worker left everything very neat. Very pleased with resident activities. Associate property manager always friendly and helpful. We have been here for 2 years now and are happy and have no regrets.

I’ve lived in Holyrood Square Apartments for two years and I LOVE the attention to detail; the common areas are well appointed and kept sparkling clean. The rooftop terrace and coffee lounge are gorgeous and I appreciate being able to occasionally host larger gatherings. The suites are lovely and balconies are spacious. The neighborhood is perfect with easy accessibility to parks, shopping, downtown and major roadways. Another bonus is 3 ETS routes for those utilizing public transit. The Manager, Deb, is a superstar and goes above and beyond. Biggest advantage for me is feeling safe…100% of the time.

I have had a year from hell moving into this place. When I moved in I was recovering from an exploded appendix and blood poisoning. 1 year in I crushed and dislocated my foot. The threat of amputation was my future. I have been so fortunate to be able to be a hermit while I heal and make appearances to events when I have the energy. All my neighbours care ! I feel comfort in safety and security. I feel blessed to be able to be in the hallways and always get a hello and boosts of good wishes. We live a comfortable existence and are waiting the ok to utilize the chair yoga and fitness room amenities. So great to have the rooftop for family get together and BBQs. Soon we hope to start attending more of the building events that have such excellent people putting together. The Rooftop is always brimming with decorations for the season , clean and welcoming. The coffee room is warm and inviting. Another space to invite my family for visits in a clean environment. Great space to welcome my grandson and grab a cup of Java. Some residents have dogs. Our dog sadly passed away a few days before moving in. We have vowed not to have any additional animals in our life, but enjoy meeting our neighbour tenants pets, and giving them a hug or pet when we see them. Underground parking is an absolute bonus. I am born and raised in Holyrood and after 40 years am back. Great to hear the birds, live among the flowers and big trees, and listening to the children playing sports in the fields. Thanks to Capriet , Deb and Kevin who manage , Jim and Diane, Kim and Don, and all the others who always pitch in to make each event perfect.

Love love our new home for past three years. It’s a well kept secret place in Edmonton to live if over 55! Holyrood has the best and I mean the best building managers ever. Deb goes above and beyond her duties by accommodating everything and everyone. We have a beautiful rooftop patio with herbs and flowers for everyone to enjoy. Our gym is well equipped and spotless. The coffee room is comfortable supplied with coffee and tea for all. Holyrood is a beautiful community with sounds of happy children in the school playground and park. Holyrood Square apartments is a fun place with many on going actives for the residents such as chair yoga, games night, Friday mix and mingle night and more. Bus and LRT services right outside the door. It truly is so warm and inviting all the time.

I moved in on December 2021 and I’m very pleased with my choice! I enjoy the quiet location, rooftop, the gym and all my neighbours are Lovely! The community is awesome to walk around in and friendly people. The manager Deb is always accommodating and adds a welcoming touch to our home.

My mom moved in almost 3 years ago and I have to say this apartment building is absolutely fantastic.
They have a rooftop area that offers different activities almost daily, Friday socials and an outdoor patio which looks out on to the community.
The building is always clean and the people here are always willing to lend a hand.
This building promotes a social atmosphere. I am so glad that we found this place!!

Deb is a wonderful resident manager! She made our move in experience flawless! The building is clean. The other residents are so friendly. She does an amazing job organizing fun things in the building for everyone. I would highly recommend this 55+ building to anyone!

The building is clean, quiet with wonderful people, amenities including a beautiful rooftop terrace, coffee lounge, gym and a variety of activities.
Deb our residential manager is very professional, friendly and keeps us informed with a monthly calendar and emails.
I have lived here for a year and I’m happy to call this home.
