I would like to make everyone aware that Leo Kim of Home Standards Brick Stone Realty, Thornhill, Ontario has listed 3522 EDINBURGH ROAD, Fort Erie, Ontario L0S1S0 and is misrepresenting this property and is misleading buyers and buyers agents in believing that the selling price is $199,000 and has no intentions of accepting asking price and would only accept an offer around $500,000 range. Most of us would say that this is criminal and unethical, showing disrespect to fellow realtor colleagues, their buyers,, and the tenants (if any) ...... And not to mention the waste of time to the tenants (if any), potential buyers. and his very own realtor colleagues. I've made Leo Kim himself aware that I would be posting this review on Google. I hope this posts helps anyone out there🙏

Very unprofessional and uncourteous of the real estate agent Julie Park. Shows her clients a home, clients and agent that walk into my home with their DIRTY shoes on.

Had to find out through my own cameras. Avoid business at all costs.

They assumed it was unoccupied, yet my belongings were still inside showing I still resided inside. Julie Park doesn’t care trotting inside all over with her clients.

Can’t wait to come home, and having to clean up after them. Must be a standard for every home they attend.

The agent Jay Mook Lee intentionally made bullying appointments against a potential seller to close the deal. 16 appointments in one day with the intention to ban other buyers and agents. A formal complaint has been submitted to RECO for investigation of misconduct.
