Bob is very professional and did an awesome job of taking care of our home while we were away during the Winter. He always kept us updated on the status of our home, as well as watering my many plants and insured that our walk and driveway were clear of snow when required. My experience with Bob started when I needed to sell a home but live in another province. Let me tell you it was a darn good thing I did. The home would be vacant and insured but I needed to have someone to check in to satisfy insurance. I am sooooo glad I found Bob. He is proffesional, very thorough, and would let me know that all was fine. In all honestly I felt a huge relief knowing the house was well cared for.
Then two days before possesion of the sold home I was contacted by Bob to let me know something was wrong. Unfortunatly the home was a target of a rental scam. Someone appeared to be moving in, he knew that shouldn't be taking place. So Bob and Devon Felesky my realestate agent immediately met at the house until the police came. I thought for sure I would need to get in my car and drive hours to resolve this. Bob was amazing and he took it upon himself along with Devon and for two days worked to resolve this crazy situation. I didnt have to be there. Going above and beyond is an understatement. I never dreamed that something as crazy as that would happen. Thank you Bob for everything you did.
