Nice little hotel.
Pros:
Friendly staff. Very courteous and respectful. They all seemed happy too. Not a sour mug amongst them all.

Great breakfast. Everything hot and tasty. None of those watery eggs in a pan like you find in a lot of hotels these days. Worth it. I had breakfast everyday.

Cons:
Those pillows are ghastly. I had a crick in my neck everyday from those mushy, formless pillows. They got to go.

Warm water in the showers and I do mean warm. Not very warm, not hot, not scalding. Warm.

This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed at in a long time. Everything looks old and worn and damaged. Stains on carpet, stains on ironing board cover, torn window shade, wallpaper coming loose. Floor wasn't properly cleaned. There was a coffee spill under the kitchen sink which hadn't been cleaned when we checked in. Multiple hairs all over the floor and on towels. Old popcorn found under the bed. AC didn't work properly. Worst of all bugs in the room. The first night there, I was lying on the bed and suddenly saw a bug crawling on it! Later saw multiple bugs in the bathroom. We were here in an emergency and we couldn't change rooms because they were sold out. Would never return here and I advise you not to come here either.

This was our first time staying at this location. The room was clean but there were a few stains on the carpet. The hotel itself seemed like it was a little beat up. The kids used the pool a lot and it was fine but we did find a hair extension and a large dead bug in it. The breakfast was pretty good and the staff was friendly. We really enjoyed the outdoor areas and sitting by the firepit at night. If I come back to the area I'd likely stay here again despite the issues.

The carpet in our room was absolutely fithy our 1 year old had black hands and knees after crawling in our room for less then 30min found dried hard dog poop under our bed we talked to the front desk about the carpet and nothing was offered to take care of the problem they said someone would contact us but that never happened.
Also the breakfast area was dirty every day we stayed. Good look finding a clean plate and silverware at breakfast too.
Also the halls and parking lot smelled like weed for most of our stay.
Definitely never staying here again.

Pros:
- Friendly staff
- Ambiance
- Location if you're traveling
- 1 BR suite was huge
- Strong AC in room

Cons (mostly in room):
- Dirty bathroom door on interior looked like someone opened a shook up Coke.
- Super dirty air vent in bathroom
- Lots of stains on the carpet
- BR tv wouldn't connect to the wifi
- A/C out in parts of the building (halls, pool, lobby)

Impression:
It's a nice hotel overall, but it's not going to blow your socks off. The room was huge but needs closer attention to detail on cleanliness and I don't think the best steam cleaner in the world will remove the stains on the carpet, should be replaced. I paid $200 for the room for the night and based on the above issues, I feel it was well overpriced.

Ms. Nina was absolutely amazing! On the phone and in person! I was worried my room would be canceled from a delay in my flight and she made my check in so smooth!! So genuine and nice! Knew everyone by name! Her greeting walking in was just the same!! Big pretty smile and welcoming!! Keep her she is a Gem! My room needed a lil tender loving care but she made the stay better over all!

No door gap. It was quiet once the children above us stopped running around. Good amount of space, with good amenities. I could stay in a room like this for a month. There was no shampoo, but I didn't bother asking about it because we only stayed one night.

A door lock failure at Hilton-Home2 Suites resulted in my family being trapped in our room past check-out time until 2 pm. I have captured this incident on video. Given the gravity of this safety concern, I find Hilton's proposed resolution of 10,000 Honors points inadequate. Also the manager VJ has not contacted me. I have a video but can’t seem to find a way to upload it here
